The City of Richmond is collecting unwanted Electronics at an E-Cycling event today. Items accepted are: computers, monitors, fax machines, microwaves, and camcorders free of charge. A $7 recycling fee will be collected for Televisions. Fluorescent light bulbs and large appliances will not be accepted. The E-Cycling event runs through 2pm in the parking lot of Art Works, corner of Hull and 4th Streets. www.Richmondgov.com.
