Fox Sports and ESPN have both confirmed that Minnesota QB Brett Favre has filed retirement papers with the NFL, the first step in that process. Although Favre has not publicly commented about the subject, somehow, in that final game against the Chicago Bears, when Favre was slammed to that ice cold turf, the look in his face told you that was it. In fact, Vikings Head Coach Leslie Frazier has all but said the team is moving on at QB. All that’s left now are the mikes, cameras, and tears that make a dramatic Favre retirement, and we’re right where we were this time last year, and the year before, and the year before……….
