The Scott Sisters have spend 16 years in jail for armed robbery of only $11. The two sisters were given two life sentences and up for parole in 2014. The two will be released, but will head straight to the hospital. Gladys (34) must give her kidney to her sister Jamie (36) as mandated by the Governor for their release. Jamie’s dialysis treatments were costing high expenses to the state and according to the State Board of Corrections, the two sisters no longer caused a threat to society. Sounds like the Governor might have released them to save some of the State’s budget.
