Richmond CenterStage Pays Homage to Thalimers Department Store with Winter Window Displays. The displays are on the corner of 7th and Grace Streets in Downtown Richmond and will run until January 5, 2011. According to Richmond CenterStage officials, The windows commemorate 150 years of Thalhimers Department Store.
