Actor Terrence Howard has been added to the cast of the newest Law & Order spin-off Law & Order: Los Angeles. Howard will play a Deputy District Attorney, and looks to make an immediate impact on the show. The series will debut Wednesday, September 29th, on NBC at 10pm EST.
