According to TMZ, Kim and Kanye just welcomed a new baby girl to their family. They used a surrogate for this pregnancy since Kim has placenta accreta which caused complications after the birth of their second child Saint. The healthy baby girl weighed in at 7lbs 6oz….congats to the West family.
