Richmond Public Schools will operate a Back-to-School Call Center through September 9 to assist parents, students and others with their questions and concerns regarding the 2011-2011 school year. Citizens may call the Richmond Public Schools Back-to-School Call Center at (804) 354-1122 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
