Richmond Public Schools’ new superintendent is launching his 100-Day plan following an announcement of releasing his senior staff from their duties by June 30, 2018.  Jason Kamras presented his plan to the school board on Monday focusing on three core education principles: engagement, equity and excellence. In addition to meetings with each school, Kamras plans to hold town hall meetings in all nine districts of the city and implement new teacher incentives and recruiting programs.
