The Virginia Senate is signing off on a two-year budget that includes Medicaid expansion. Wednesday’s vote came hours after the finance committee killed the proposed expansion. A standoff between the House and Senate prevented passage of a budget during the regular session. The House was scheduled to meet last night to discuss the changes.
