About King Tutt

DJ King Tutt was born in the Bronx, New York and raised in Virginia. He is a graduate of Virginia State University, veteran of the U.S. Air Force and has dj'd and hosted shows with some of the biggest acts in Hip Hop and R&B history. A 15-year radio vet and former syndicated mixer with “The Doug Banks Radio Show” and “The Touch,” he definitely gets it in!!! Earl Lloyd, the first black NBA player has died at the age of 86. Lloyd a.k.a. ‘the Big Cat’ who served in the armed forces, was a CIAA All American, NBA champion, NBA’s first black Asst. Coach and was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame. He is survived by his wife and three sons. See story here

Warren Sapp was arrested on Feb. 2nd for soliciting prostitution and alleged assault at a hotel during Superbowl weekend. Police say that Sapp admitted to solicitation of two prostitutes for oral sex, and he also admitting recording one of the acts on his cell phone. Wowwww. See story here

Former Portland Trailblazer and NBA legend Jerome Kersey suddenly passed away at the age of 52. Medical examiners are now speculating that a blood clot from his left calf traveled to his lungs causing a pulmonary thromboembolism. Kersey had just underwent knee surgery earlier this week.
