Janelle Monae Performs “Faster” Despite Sore Throat
Janelle Monae performed “Faster,” her third single off her “ArchAndroid” album, on the BBC music show “Later With Jools Holland.”
The host announced that Monae had a sore throat just prior to her hitting the stage.
However, we, and the audience, never would have guessed she was ill; her performance of “Faster” was perfect, if not even faster than the original recorded version.
She’s still one of our favorites to watch live.
