UVA Murder Makes Way For New Policy

Starting this fall, students attending the University of Virgina who lie about their arrest records could get kicked out of school. The new policy change was put in place following the murder of woman’s lacrosse player Yeardley Love. School officials will verify court records on all students. George Huguley, the student suspected of killing love had did have a criminal history that the school was unaware of.
