September 13 will start the farewell season of the Oprah show. Ending on her 25th season, the Oprah show has been a huge landmark in network television, known for its memorable interviews, life-changing moments, and the occasional car giveaway. Oprah Winfrey has made her mark deep into the hearts of many viewers and guests, and although she is leaving ABC, she will not be absent from our television sets for long. After ending this last season, Oprah will focus her attention and efforts on launching her cable channel, The Oprah Winfrey Network, where she will have her own primetime show entitled, “Oprah’s Last Chapter.” Oprah’s farewell will be bittersweet and although we look forward to her new ventures on her network, the show we all know and love will be dearly missed.
