The city of Rochester, N.Y., has suspended the three police officers involved in handcuffing and pepper spraying a 9 year-old black girl last week. The suspensions came one day after the body-cam footage was released to the public.
Mayor Lovely Warren stated: “What happened Friday was simply horrible, and has rightly outraged all of our community.”
