The shooting death of Nipsey Hussle has hit people hard. The reason he was at his store on Sunday makes the story even more tragic, but it says a lot about how Hussle was trying to help out. Reports say Hussle was at his Marathon clothing store because he wanted to hook up a friend who had just been released from jail. The man was in prison for 20 years.
Hussle was giving his friend new clothes so he could look good when he saw his family and friends later in the day. Hussle didn’t give the store or his security guard notice that he’d be coming in. It was a spontaneous move. Hussle’s friend was one of the three men who got shot. The other was the man’s nephew. Police arrested the suspected gunman Eric Holder on Tuesday.
