Gary Steele, an officer in Detroit Police Department is under investigation after posting footage of a woman walking in the cold after her car was impounded. He uses condescending remarks as he films Ariel Moore, 23, walking in temperatures in Detroit that had plunged to -18F on Tuesday evening.
Officer Steele has since been reassigned and is being looked at as possibly being fired for the insensitive act.
