First it was Condoleeza Rice to the Browns. Now, Bill Walton thinks the next UCLA basketball coach should be Barack Obama. During Tuesday, UCLA-Stanford game, Walton said the former president was his choice to take over for head coach Steve Alford, who was fired on Monday.
Walton justified his choice by pointing out that Michelle Obama’s brother, Craig Robinson, once coached at Oregon State. Obama is a huge basketball fan who had a full-size basketball court installed at the White House during his presidency. And he loves college basketball, filling out a March Madness bracket every year.
Could Obama coach a Division I basketball team? Who do you think should coach UCLA?
