A Missouri health clinic sent emails to multiple women who applied for jobs and denied them because of their names.  Hermeisha Robinson, Dorneshia Zachery, and 18 other women received the rejection letters from St Louis Mentality Health and cited their “ghetto names” as the reason for them not getting the job in an email.

“Unfortunately, we do not consider candidates that have suggestive ‘ghetto’ names,” the email said.  The clinic director says that the company’s email was hacked and police are investing the situation. They believe a disgruntled employee sent the email.

What would have been your reaction if you received this email? Do you think those that received the email should receive a job automatically?
