According to TMZ, Nelly is under criminal investigation for an alleged sexual assault in England which occurred back on December 5th, 2017.
Nelly’s accuser claims that they went to his dressing room with her friends and she says he then asked her to come to a room next door where he dropped his pants and began masturbating in front of her while attempting to fondle and kiss her before the ran out of there.
