The Oscar Nominations are out and “The Shape of Water” leads the way with 13 nods followed by “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri” with 9 nominations, and “Dunkirk” with 7 nominations. All three films earned best picture nods including “Get Out.”
Notable best actor nods in a leading role included Denzel Washington for “Roman J. Israel, Esq.” and Daniel Kaluuya for “Get Out.”
Mary J. Blige received a nomination for Best Supporting Actress for he role in “Mudbound.”
