In what will probably go down as one of the best National Championship games ever, Coach Nick Saban proved why he was the greatest as his Alabama team went into the half 0-13, prompting him to bench his starting QB Jalen Hurts (25-2) and start Tua Tagovailoa, a true freshman who carried the Tide to a 26-23 overtime victory of the shocked Georgia Bulldogs.
This amazing comeback gave the Crimson Tide its fifth national championship since 2009 under coach Nick Saban.
