The world woke up this morning to the disgusting news that George Zimmerman had the gun he used to kill Trayvon Martin up for auction on GunBroker.com with a starting price of $5k and it would be up all day today.
TMZ is reporting that the auction has since been taken down with no evidence of an actual sale. Legal representatives for the family of Trayvon Martin had contacted GunBroker.com but there is no proof that the conversion was the reason for the auction pull.
George Zimmerman claims that he moved the auction to another site because GunBroker.com couldn’t handle the traffic….yeah right.
On Feb. 26th, 2012, Trayvon Martin, who was coming from a store stacks and a drink was gunned down during an altercation with George Zimmerman, who thought Martin was up to no good in his Sanford, Florida neighborhood.
