WBA welterweight champion Keith “One Time” Thurman (26-0, 22 KOs) and former IBF 147lb champion Shawn Porter (26-1-1, 16 KOs) both revealed they are in talks with Premier Boxing Champions for a November 2015 bout.
ACThePlug spoke with Thurman in July just before he defeated former WBA welterweight champion Luis Collazo and insisted he is the man Floyd Mayweather needs to beat to say he is the best undefeated professional boxer of all time.
Shawn Porter disagrees with Thurman telling Paigion of HOT 107.5 in the interview below, he should have been Floyd’s next contender. Last June, Porter was victorious over fellow Ohio native Adrien Broner, where he displayed tremendous improvement since he lost his IBF 147lb title last September in a defeat to Kell Brook.
