The group, famous for songs such as “Candy Girl” and “Cool It Now,” formed in the late 70s and rose to fame as a quintet in the 80s. Brown left the group in the mid-80s to pursue a solo career and the band has broken up and reunited multiple times, but is currently back together.

“From our beginning in the Orchard Park Projects in Boston to Hollywood and everything in between, just like the Temptations and the Jackson 5, we are ready to retrace our footsteps and show everyone how we got here,” the group said in a statement.
