Va. Delegate Joe Morrissey decided to speak publicly during services at New Kingdom Christian Ministry Sunday morning and gave a slight glimpse into his future after being taking a “Alford plea deal” accepting a misdemeanor charge for an inappropriate relationship with a 17 yr-old staff member.
In Morrissey’s pleas deal, he did not admit guilt but acknowledge there was enough evidence to be convicted.
Most representatives are asking for his Morrissey’s resignation.
