Rev. Al Sharpton talks about the current status in Ferguson in light of the grand jury’s announcement to not indict Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of Michael Brown.

“I’ve never heard a prosecutor come out and castrate a victim. There is a federal investigation. There can be civil right charges found. We did that with Rodney King,” Sharpton said.
