A veteran Chesterfield County Police Officer has been placed on paid leave after being charged with misdemeanor hit & run and DUI.
The 49 yr-old Jacqueline Conner, was arrested early Sunday morning, after Colonial Heights Police got a call about a hit and run accident at the intersection of Conduit Road and Ellerslie Avenue resulting in an arrest and release on an unsecure bond.
