Eagles Coach Chip Kelly named Michael Vick the starter on Tusday for Philadelphia’s Week 1 opening matchup against the Washington Football Team and duration of the season.
Michael Vick re-negotiated his deal with the Eagles prior to the season and dominated this preseason by completing a whopping 86.7 percent of his passes while throwing one touchdown and one interception.
