According to FOXSports’ Ken Rosenthal, Major League Baseball has suspended 12 players for 50 games each for their involvement in the Biogenesis anti-aging clinic. The biggest name missing from the list is Yankees Alex Rodriguez who is rumored to be suspended for a substantially longer period.

In January, the Miami New Times broke the story that Biogenesis, a South Florida anti-aging clinic, had supplied several high-profile major leaguers with human growth hormone and other performance-enhancing drugs. Since that time, Biogenesis founder Tony Bosch has cooperated with the league’s investigation of the players. Brewers All-Star outfielder Ryan Braun was suspended on July 22 for the remainder of the season after being linked to the clinic.

Players who have agreed to the terms of the 50 game suspension are:

Nelson Cruz, Texas Rangers; Jhonny Peralta, Detroit Tigers; Jesus Montero, Seattle Mariners; Francisco Cervelli, Yankees; Everth Cacrera, San Diego Padres; Jordany Valdepsin, New York Mets; Antonio Bastardo, Philadelphia Phillies; Sergio Escalona, Houston Astros; and minor leaguers Fernando Martinez of the Yankees, Fautino de los Santos of the Padres, Cesar Puello of the Mets and free agent Jordan Norberto.
