Police are looking for Harry Bryce Franklin, the second suspect in a shooting that occurred in the Fan District of Richmond on Sunday morning.
The man’s last known address is the 3200 block of Edgewood Avenue.
They are asking anyone with any information about Franklin’s whereabouts or this crime to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000 or text Crime Stoppers at 274637, using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip. Both methods are anonymous.
According to police, the first suspect, Marcell A. Patron Jr., has been detained and charged with attempted murder and using a firearm during the commission of a felony.
The victim of the shooting, a 31-year old male, was taken to the hospital for minor, non-threatening injuries.
