It was a star-studded event at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, the site of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ceremony. On Thursday, Heart, Albert King, Randy Newman, Rush, Donna Summer and hip-hop specialists Chuck D and Public Enemy were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Public Enemy has always inspired us with there politically charges lyrics about the state of government. Chuck D accepted the award saying  “If I could smash the award into 10,000 pieces, I’d give you all a piece.” Chuck D mentioned other artists that have influenced  P.E. Kool Moe Dee & The Treacherous Three, Whodini and J.J. Fad. The ceremony will air in June on Centric.

Congrats to Chuck D & Public Enemy for the lyric-knowledge which has landed your place in the prestigious Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

I’m in P.E. mode, let’s watch some videos….. Miss Community Clooovia
