The NBA legend filed a counter suit on Pamela Smith, who alledged he was the father of her 16 year old son. He wants her to pay for the trouble she’s caused.
Smith went to court claiming Jordan impregnated her in 1995 and requested a judge to order a DNA test. Jordan refuted the claim and suddenly Smith dismissed the suit without explanation.
TMZ is reporting Jordan has filed new documents asking the case be kept open in order to file a counter claim against Smith to cover his court costs and other sanctions a judge deems necessary…….the saga continues.
