Roland Martin talks with Johnny Taylor, the CEO of the Thurgood Marshall Foundation, about the Parents PLUS loan which has dramatically affected black families and HBCUs across the country. According to reports, over 14,000 students were unable to re-enroll into various HBCUs this past fall due to the loan which has straddled families and students financially; forcing many to discontinue their pursuits in education.
