Former Washington Wizards’ player Javaris Crittenton, who is no stranger to legal woes, is being called out by his baby’s mother–Tyress Daniels–for alleged abusing her on several occasions including a time when she says he punched her in the face while she was breastfeeding, reports TMZ. According to Daniels “we got into an argument over what the baby would wear for pictures. Javaris hit me in the face while I was breastfeeding because he said I had a smart mouth.”

Crittenton has been ordered to stay 100 yards away from her. She currently has temporary custody of the children.

This isn’t Javaris’s first alleged offense against a woman. He is currently facing murder charges in the death of a 22-year-old woman last year. The victim was shot in the hip and died in surgery, reports TMZ.
