Supermodel/Reality TV Host Heidi Klum has taken a back seat while her ex-husband Seal has been appearing nearly everywhere protesting that the pair are still very much in love despite their recent split.
Seal has a new album to promote which is definitely part of it, but he has been insistent that the parting has not altered the connection they have between them.
However, model Klum has now taken to Twitter for the first time since the split to thank fans for their support, although not mentioning anything about her former husband.
Writing to her fans, Klum said “Hi everyone, I want to thank u for all your support & kind words,” continuing “Really means so much. Thanks again…to the best fans in the world! xoHeidi.”
Before that, Klum had been letting her actions do the talking, reports E!, being seen in public with her wedding ring still on, just as Seal had been last week.
Whereas she’s kept quiet though, Seal has been vocal on the matter, appearing recently on ‘The Ellen DeGeneres Show’ to say of his reason for keeping his ring on “I think it’s just pretty much a token of how I feel about this woman. We have eight years. Just because we have decided to separate doesn’t necessarily mean you take off your ring and you’re no longer connected to that person.”
