The Dominion Christmas Parade is a Richmond tradition. The Christmas parade now in it’s 28th year will showcase, holiday floats, marching bands, huge helium balloons, and Santa… The parade is this Saturday, December 3 starting at 10 a.m. departing from the Science Museum on West Broad Street.
The Christmas parade is the official kick off of the Christmas season. The parade attracts more than 100,000 spectators from across Virginia, with thousands more enjoying the live television broadcast.
If you would like to experience the parade in person, but can’t, you can watch it LIVE on WTVR-CBS-6 on the day of the parade from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, or watch again on Christmas Day.
