The toll roads have been gone off of Interstate 95 for 20 years and now they are coming back. The Federal Highway Administration has given VDOT the approval.  The research will be done first and then the toll centers will be installed on I-95 South of Fredericksburg and North of North Carolina.  Governor Bob McDonnell said that I-95 in Virginia is the 3rd most traveled highway in the nation.  The cost is 50 million dollars in revenue for Virginia over a 5 year period.
