Squirrels Flying High After Game 1 In Eastern League Championship Series
The Richmond Flying Squirrels are on a roll, and it’s Hot Buttered! The Eastern League Western Division Champions are in New Hampshire for the league championship series. Last night they pulled out a 10-9 ninth-inning victory to secure Game 1 of the Best-Of-5. Game 2 is tonight in Manchester, N. H., with Game 3 here in Richmond on Friday. A Games 4 or 5 would also be at the Diamond if necessary.
