A magnitude 5.9 earthquake shakes Virginia, D.C. and New York …
The earthquake has been felt all over the eastern seaboard but the epicenter of the quake has been centered around 15km south of Mineral, VA in Louisa County.
The largest recorded earthquake in Virginia history was a 5.9 in Giles County in 1897.
