          With the NBA lockout hanging over the upcoming season, the thought of playing overseas is looking better and better to league stars and potential NBA players like University of Richmond star Justin Harper, a 2nd-round draft pick of the Cleveland Cavaliers.  Harper has decided to join his ex-Spiders teammate Kevin Anderson on a professional team in France.  Harper, who starred at Meadowbrook HS, and Anderson, Richmond’s point guard, led the Spiders to the Sweet Sixteen this past season, and with  labor issues still unclear concerning  the NBA, more and more players find themselves opting to head across the Atlantic, including some of the bigger names.
