The first woman named in the Tiger Woods mistress scandal, who had previously denied any affairs with the golfer, now says she did in fact have a sexual relationship with him — and that her text messages set his wife flying into an angry rage the night of his crash.
Rachel Uchitel was named in a National Enquirer story as having an affair with Woods, which she denied in a tell-all interview to The Post where she blatantly lied about her history with Tiger.
Now, after several other women have come forward claiming to have had affairs with the father of two, Uchitel is changing her tune, TMZ.com is reporting.
Uchitel, who hired power lawyer Gloria Allred as soon as the news of Tiger’s accident broke, is holding a 11:30 a.m. PT news conference and is expcted to issue a statement admitting the affair.
