The city’s Cold Weather shelter will open tonight at Sixth Mount Zion Church, 14 West Duvall Street. Also, if you are in need of fuel assistance for gas and electric, the city’s Department of Social Services will accept Crisis Assitance applications now through March 15, 2011. Pick up an application at DSS, 900 East Marshall Street, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or log on to www.richmondgov.com/socialservices
