Golf Champ Tiger Woods’ Ex-Wife Elin Bulldozes $12 Million Mansion [PHOTOS]

When you get $100 million in your divorce, you can trump just about anything and that’s what happened with Golf Champion Tiger Woods’ ex-wife, Elin, when she bought a $12 million home and bulldozed the whole thing.

TMZ reports, Elin Nordegren bought a $12.3 million 9,000 square foot oceanfront home in North Palm Beach, Fla., but didn’t like it, and has plowed six bedroom, eight bathroom mansion.

According to plans found at the Palm Beach County Building Office, Nordegren wants an 18,984-square-foot, three-story home erected on the lot and, while she is in the early stages of obtaining permits, the former first lady of golf has a very clear vision.

She has enlisted architectural firm Dailey Janssen of West Palm Beach to bring her dreams to life—dreams that include a wine room, gym and theater with stadium seating in the basement.

On the ground floor, the plans call for a great room, a library, a family room, a playroom for daughter Sam and son Charlie and a kitchen measuring 29 by 18 feet.

Nordegren’s 1,200-square foot master suite, replete with bedroom, sitting room, bathroom, closets and dressing area, all with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, will be found on the second floor, along with three more guest rooms with their own private baths.

She is looking to have the place ready to move into by December 2014.

Tiger Woods No Longer Ranked One of Golf’s Top 50 Players

Tiger Woods is no longer officially considered one of golf’s top 50 players, ending a streak that extended back 15 years.

According to the official World Golf Ranking, the 35-year-old Woods entered the weekend as the sport’s 50th best player. But he lost that standing when Louis Oosthuizen finished tied for fifth at this weekend’s Dunhill Links Championship in Scotland, earning him a place in the standings and ousting Woods.

The rankings are endorsed by Professional Golf Association tours in the United States, Europe, Australia, Asia and elsewhere, according to the World Golf Ranking website. An updated ranking comes out every Monday.

The last time Woods was not among the top 50 was on October 13, 1996. Since then, he won 14 major championships — a distinction used for the Masters, U.S. Open, British Open and PGA championship — and, for much of the next 778 weeks, ranked as the game’s best player.

In recent years, Woods has been plagued by the fallout surrounding his infidelity and divorce from his wife as well as numerous injuries. His last tournament win was the Australian Masters in November 2009.

His next competition will be this week at the Frys.com Open in Corde Valley, California. Despite his recent slump, American team captain Fred Couples chose Woods as one of his wild card picks for next month’s Presidents Cup in Australia.

Tiger Woods might be ineligible to play in the Chevron World Challenge, a golf tournament that he will host in December.

Monday is the cutoff day and Woods might not make the final 18, all of whom have to be ranked among the top 50 golfers in the world.

Woods is No. 46 at the moment, and its possible he could take a tumble based on what happens at this week’s BMW Championship.

Tiger Woods returned to the PGA Tour over the weekend playing in the Bridgestone Invitational. He struggled at times, was never really in contention, and to make matters worse, Adam Scott won the tournament. Who’s he? Scott is the guy who hired Steve Williams to be his new caddie just days after he was fired by Tiger. Great move. Result: An instant PGA win. Meanwhile, many of Tiger’s closest friends and associates are questioning his decision-making of late. In fact, the firing of Williams stunned everyone in the golfing community as he was Tiger’s friend as well as his caddie who toted Woods’ clubs through 13 Major Championships. I am having the hardest time believing this rumor!

According to TMZ, Tiger Woods’ ex-wife Elin Nordegren appears to have moved on to new boyfriend and marketing executive Jamie Dingman.

That’s not the part that’s hard to believe. The story takes a crazy turn when you hear, this guy dated one of Tiger’s mistresses from that sex scandal, Rachel Uchitel. Some sources are saying the two were even living together in Miami when the Tiger Woods scandal broke.

As if it couldn’t seem any more far-fetched, reportedly, when Rachael got serious with Tiger, Jamie joked with her, “That’s ok. I’ll date his wife, Elin.”

But wait, there’s more. Do you remember Jen Madden? She’s the woman who sold the Tiger Woods story in the first place, getting the info when she stayed at the Miami home and overheard Rachel tell Jamie about her affair with Tiger.

If this is true, we have the makings of a made-for-tv movie.
