It’s no surprise that reality TV star Kim Kardashian’s divorce may soon be coming to a TV near you.

Hollywood Life reports that, if Kardashian’s divorce from Kris Humphries goes in court, the proceedings could be televised because California has an “open policy” on popular cases.

If Kim Kardashian wants to keep the proceedings private, she can either reach a financial settlement with Humphries outside of court or accept his request for an annulment.
