A coast-to-coast grifter was arrested last week after police say he passed himself off as the son of R&B star Jermaine Jackson and bilked a Connecticut woman out of $20,000 in cash.
Andre Vann, 27, who goes by the stage name of “Mr. Vann,” was arrested at a library in downtown Stamford, Conn. and charged with second-degree larceny and held in lieu of $50,000 bond.
