		<description>Strong Sisters In Numbers Inc.
Motorcycle Club
P.O. Box 37430
Richmond, Virginia 23234
(804) 221-0103

To Whom It May Concern:

Did you know that you could make a difference in a young child’s life and gain advertising exposure for your organization by sponsoring the Strong Sisters In Numbers Inc Motorcycle Club (SSIN)?
We are hosting a Back to School Activity Day
August 28th, 2010 8am @ GARLAND AVE BAPTIST CHURCH 2700 Garland Ave Richmond, Va.
The purpose for this event is to help bring awareness to our community regarding Childhood Obesity and Juvenile Diabetes.
Our organization is currently looking for local associations, companies and businesses to sponsor this event. Our purpose is to raise funds, as well as resources to include (medical, health, healthy snacks, information, ect…) for the Strong Sisters In Numbers 2010 event.
We are also looking for non-monetary donations, which will be raffled off during our event. (Bikes, skateboards, jump ropes, hula-hoops, footballs, kick balls, ect…) anything to get those little hearts pumping.
We are also looking for donations of book bags filled with school supplies, healthcare professionals, and fitness instructors that are willing to donate some time to educate and demonstrate to the families.
Selecting to invest in the SSIN Activity Day event, you will receive several benefits, including enhanced public awareness and outreach to a broad audience.
The following pages outline the various packages available to your organization.
For your convenience, Sponsorship opportunities with a Sponsor form are enclosed. Also, enclosed is background information about our organization including the mission and values.
We would be honored if your organization would participate in the Strong Sister’s In Numbers Activity Day to make this a successful event.
If your organization decides to participate, someone will follow up with you within 10 business days. Thank you in advance for your support in helping us help our children.

Sincerely,

Felicia Greene-Moore
