The family of 29 year old William “Willie” Ennis is raising up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of persons involved in their son’s murder. Ennis was shot to death when he drove up to the intersection of Belvidere and Marshall streets last night. Richmond police do no believe that Ennis was the intended target. According to eyewitness accounts, the gunmen were described as three black males, between the ages of 18 and 25 years of old.
