Ask Alexx Dupri, and she’ll give you the lowdown on hot topics concerning life, love and entertainment. The multi-talented broadcaster, television host, voice-over actor, and motivational speaker dishes out her no-nonsense advice, sharp commentary, and bold expert opinions.

Originally from Chicago, Alexx has had top ratings at WGCI-FM/Chicago, WDTJ-FM/Detroit, and WJHM-FM/Orlando.

Following her stint in Orlando, Alexx returned to WGCI-FM for a short time, before moving across town to TOP-40 formatted WKSC-FM (KISS 103.5). Two years later, she was on the move to another Chicago mainstay. This time, she jumped at the chance to co-host the Morning Show at WPWX-FM (Power 92). In a city where radio is as competitive as football, her contributions helped pull the Morning Show to the top of the charts.

Alexx Dupri is redefining what it means to be a broadcast professional. She has been featured in numerous publications and on various TV segments. And as a Voice Over Actor, she has been the station-identifying voice of radio stations throughout the nation – her unique sound has been requested by countless advertisers.

Additionally, as a Motivational Speaker for universities and corporations, she inspires attendees to strive for greatness. Alexx commands the crowd with unrelenting passion, and her rousing message of personal responsibility brings audiences to their feet. With her husband, Alexx is co-owner of Drop Everything Productions, a film development company, and expects to have a feature film in production by 2013.

High on her list of priorities is giving back to the community that has shown her so much love. When time allows and the need arises, Alexx teaches Radio Broadcasting at her alma mater, Columbia College.

To quench her thirst for competition and adventure, she recently earned the title of Triathlete, after successfully completing an Ironman Triathlon.

With all of these experiences in her professional repertoire, this Renaissance woman personifies the boundless potential that lies within us all Alexx Dupri remains committed to motivating others to pursue their passions and get the most out of life and love.

Kelli Lemon aka Kel’s is known around Richmond for her energy, enthusiasm, and being the definition of a social entrepreneur. You can catch her in the studio dancing on the weekends on Kiss usually during the live mix shows. She was born in Hampton, VA but Richmond is where she calls home. She went to the University of Virginia and majored in Sociology and then got her masters in Sports Management and Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University where she has been working full time for the last 12 years. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Not only can you hear Kel’s on the radio, but she also is the side live TV broadcaster for VCU’ Rams Men’s Basketball. She also plans, host and assist with numerous social, civic and educational events in Virginia, DC and Maryland.

Antoinette Essa was born in Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa. She is now a citizen of The United States and a Richmonder for 20 years. Antoinette began her radio career at W.A.N.T., the first Black Radio Station in Richmond. She also worked for WKIE, WRBN, WSMJ Smooth Jazz, WGGM-WZEZ, Power 93 now I-Power 92.1 and can be heard on 99.3 & 105.7 KISS fm on Saturdays. Antoinette’s Television work includes WWBT, NBC12 and is now a Contributing Correspondent for WTVR CBS 6. She is also the host of “Comcast Local Edition” seen on Comcast Cable channel 26 in the Richmond area. Antoinette incorporates listeners participation on their weekend activities, birthdays, anniversaries, family reunions or any other special celebrations.

When it comes to entertaining, enlightening and educating, no one in talk radio compares to Michael Baisden. His high-octane energy and love for interacting with his listeners is just one reason for the popularity and success of The Michael Baisden Show. As one of today’s most provocation personalities, Michael drives discussion with explosive episodic themes like: Living Your Dream, Your Body Is Your Temple, and Pimps In The Pulpit. His radio career began in 2003 when 98.7 KISS FM in New York City offered him a position as the afternoon drive-time host. Because of budget constraints the station was unable to offer him a salary. Michael’s response was, “Just give me the damned mic!” And sure enough, within six months, their afternoon drive ratings went from number 9 to number 1. After eight months of consistent high ratings, Michael suggested taking his show national but management was apprehensive, suggesting that New York wasn’t ready. “There was no doubt in my mind that I could have one of the hottest shows on radio! I knew the impact it would have on people all across the country and I wasn’t taking no, for an answer,” Michael rebutted.
