99.3/105.7 KISS FM is back in the habit of things this month learning and leading the way to a better city, a better community and better neighborhoods everywhere. We recently took on a community service visit and tour of the Richmond Fisher house, a unique opportunity for war veterans’ families to receive lodging and care during certain extraneous medical conditions as a result of their servitude.

Our very own DJ King Tutt and Miss Community Clovia took the tour with Fisher House management Wayne Walker and a few special guests from Senior Connects, the Capital Area Agency on Aging, to discover what makes it all work in the best interests of all families involved. However, it doesn’t end there. You too can be apart of the Fisher House initiatives by freely donating household items and goods based on the organizations pre-determined wish list (see links below). We’re not asking you to give haphazardly, we’re just asking you to open your eyes and find ways to make the world a better place for thousands of military families all over. And guess what, the easiest part of it starts right here in our backyards.

Check out our experience below live from the Fisher House as we take a look around to find out what we the city of Richmond can do to support, to help and to continue to serve the war veterans who have served us for so long.

“Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada poses in a super sexy lingerie photo shoot for Maxim Digital. Now, people other than her fiancé, NFL star Chad Ochocinco of the AFC Champion New England Patriots, can check out her assets.

Maxim also conducted a brief interview with the reality sensation.

If you weren’t a reality TV star, what would your second career be?

Full-time entrepreneur. Before Basketball Wives, I was very busy in Miami with my shoe store, Dulce. I love shoes. And the only reason I signed on to do the show was to help promote my store. So if my life wasn’t so non-stop now, I would be at my store 24/7.

Do you ever go topless on South Beach?

No. I would never do that. Being topless on South Beach is not a good look.

Which of your body parts do you love most?

My breasts. They’re pretty.

Is Ochocinco as animated off the field as he is on it?

Yes. Chad is animated 24/7, and it drives me a little crazy sometimes. He’s very energetic with tons of jokes. But he’s not as arrogant and cocky as people think. When he’s home he’s very polite, and a gentleman. But he’s always on.

Four weeks after Singer Eric Benet and wife Manuela Testolini welcomed a baby girl in L.A., the couple is sharing the first pictures of their bundle of joy with Us Weekly.

“Manuela and I are overjoyed with baby Lucia!” says Benet, who has another daughter, India, from a previous relationship. “She is perfect in every way, and as expected, Manuela is truly proving to be the world’s best mother. She is so attentive, nurturing and loving. Little Lucia gets a doting big sister in India, and an older, wiser daddy this time around.”

Lucia Bella is the first child for the Testolini, who wed Benet in front of family and celebrity friends – including actor Samuel L. Jackson and actress Neicy Nash – in July 2011.

It is the second marriage for both stars. R&B singer Benet was previously married to Academy Award winning actress Halle Berry for three years until 2005, while Testolini was previously married to Prince from 2001 to 2006.

Richmond Makes a “Joyful Noise” at Movie Premiere

Special thanks to all of those friends and family who joined us tonight for the Radio One Richmond advance screening of Joyful Noise starring Dolly Parton, Queen Latifah and KeKe Palmer. We had a wonderful night and we hope you did, too! If you missed your opportunity to see it before the rest of the world, be sure to head to theaters this weekend starting Friday, January 13th for your chance to experience “Joyful Noise.” There’s something for everyone in this movie so find out who was there to view it with us and tell us your thoughts below.
