TMZ is reporting that the “Un-break My Heart” singer has filed papers in California, claiming she owes between $10 million and $50 million in unpaid debts.

Braxton also claims she may owe money to the City of L.A. Parking Violations Bureau — and the DMV in both California and Nevada. The singer has a history of financial problems — she filed for bankruptcy back in 1998 … and earlier this year, the IRS filed a lien against her for $396k.

Jennifer Hudson has lost an additional 20 lbs since revealing her amazing body transformation in April.

Hudson, who marked her 29th birthday on Sept. 12, still hasn’t gotten used to seeing her slimmer reflection in the mirror.

“I go into the store and they try to put me in 4s and 6s and I’m like [she looks over both shoulders] ‘Who are you trying to talk to?’” says the former size 16 star.

“My mind hasn’t caught up yet.” But no matter what, “I’ve always been a person who’s comfortable with myself whether it’s plus-size, small size it doesn’t matter,” says Hudson.

The Weight Watchers recently launched the Lose for Good campaign, which teaches families how to prepare healthy low-cost meals in an effort to help fight hunger and obesity. SOURCE

Jennifer Hudson’s Brother-In-Law Blames Her For Family Murders [VIDEO]

Varnette Honeywood, an artist whose paintings adorned the walls of the set of “The Cosby Show” and whose strikingly colorful images depicted tender moments in black family life, has died. She was 59.

Her cousin, Jennell Allen, said Tuesday that Honeywood died in a Los Angeles hospital on Sunday after a two-year battle with cancer.

Bill Cosby told The Associated Press he met Honeywood decades ago after seeing her postcard illustrations.

Several of Honeywood’s paintings were placed on the walls of the set of the hit comedy series, “The Cosby Show” and Cosby worked with her on a subsequent book series, “Little Bill.”

Honeywood earned a master’s degree from the University of Southern California and worked at the Joint Educational Project. She taught art to minority students.

Wendy Williams recently aired a show where she discussed her opinion about T.I. and Tiny and their brush with the law last week.  She gave out a little food for thought. She commented that many people are coming down hard on T.I. as to be expected. She went on to say that since Tiny is 35 years old, older than T.I.,  and the matriarch of the family that the she should share just as much blame for her and her husband’s actions.  We are taught that the man is the leader of the household but at what point should some of the responsibility or blame fall unto the woman?

I thought about this and I actually agree with Wendy. Would T.I. consistently get himself in trouble if he was with a different woman? I honestly think that a woman that did not allow him to engage in self destructing activities would be a better fit for him. A woman that put her foot down and said that if you do this, I will leave. A woman that was not afraid to lose him or to disagree. Sure everyone has the final say so over their own life and their actions but there are people who can come into your life and they influence you to do better.   They make you want to do the right thing for whatever reason. This is an effect that I do not think Tiny has on T.I.  Note that I am in no way blaming Tiny for anything that T.I. does. He is a grown man and at the end of the day, his decisions for his life are his own.  I am stating that a strong woman, with a no nonsense attitude can sometimes leave a life changing impression on a man who is lost.

Sometimes a woman must be strong in her expectations from her man. Sometimes she has to stop coddling him and making excuses for his bad boy behavior. She cannot do this and be afraid of losing him. This is what helps him to grow.

Contrary to this, the right man can also come into a woman’s life and influence her to want more out of life.  A person who you are in a relationship can impact you in one of two ways. They can both bring you up and inspire you to want to do better or they can limit your growth and sometimes reverse any growth that you have already achieved.

Does Wendy have a point? Should more blame be placed on Tiny for participating in foolishness with T.I ? I say yes. What do you say?

Lauryn Hill was feeling jovial on Saturday at Governor’s Island in New York City. One of the main attractions on the lineup, Hill was making her second stop on the Rock the Bells Tour, where we grabbed the opportunity to ask her when she might release her first studio album since 1998.

“We’re getting closer,” she said with a chuckle. “We’re getting closer. That’s all I can say.”

One thing seems certain when she does drop the follow-up LP: There won’t be many, if any, collaborations. She has too much to express after being mostly gone for more than a decade.
